His & Hers Winter #OOTD

One of my favorite pieces to style is Men’s shirts. In particular, Men’s shirts that fit my frame like an over-sized dress. Not only are they easy to throw on, but you can style them in so many ways depending on the look you are going for (see my previous post here for a more glam look). They are also extremely comfortable and are perfect for hiding a food baby if you are planning to eat out.

The featured shirt is from ASOS. With an off black color, long-line fit and slightly distressed collar, it has a slight edgy feel. To change things up a little, I though I would do a Him and Hers styling with Adam.

For my look, I paired the shirt with some over the knee boots. Because of my skinny legs, it is usually very difficult for me to find snug fitting boots. This pair from public desire fit like a dream, and have quickly become a favorite in my winter wardrobe.

I threw on a pair of tights for warmth, which is much needed if you are out and about during the day. Bare legs for a night our look would add a more sexy element. To add some shape, you could also throw on a fitted belt at the waist

Because of the collar style, I opted for minimal jewelry. I also threw on my all time favorite black coat that I’ve had for 2 years, and a gray cosy scarf.

Adam went for a similarly dark look, with dark wash jeans and Clarks Desert Trek boots. To fight the winter cold, he opted for a black coat.

To contrast the darkness of the look and accidentally complementing the autumn fallen leaves, he threw on a camel coloured scarf.
